New Telephone System Launching on Thursday 11th January
On Thursday (11th January 2023) we will be launching our new telephone system which will enable patients to contact us more easily and quickly. Say goodbye to the engaged tone, the new system will include a call-back option. Simply request to be called back when you reach the front of the queue, rather than having to wait on hold; allowing you to carry on your day or rest if you are feeling unwell.
We will try our best to limit the disruption to service whilst this work is completed, and we will keep you informed of any scheduled impacts.
