Our Bristol and South Gloucestershire surgeries have merged their administrative clinical systems to enhance service for our valued patients like you. This means that your patient records are now accessible at Sea Mills Surgery, Coniston Medical Practice and Monks Park Surgery providing increased availability of appointments.

So, if the timing of appointments at your regular surgery doesn't fit your schedule, you will have the option to access appointments at either Monks Park Surgery or Coniston Medical Practice instead. We are also working on integrating Southmead and Henbury Family Practice patients into the system in the next few months.
